Plot beschrijving:
Onze geliefde dieren uit New York willen nog steeds terug naar huis, dit keer in een oud neergestort vliegtuig dat de pinguins zogenaamd hebben gerepareerd.
Eenmaal in de lucht, gaat het helemaal mis en komen ze terecht in een wildreservaat in Afrika.
Hier komen de dieren - die in de dierentuin zijn opgegroeid – voor het eerst hun soortgenoten in het wild tegen.
De vier ontdekken al gauw de verschillen tussen de jungle en de Afrikaanse vlaktes. Afrika lijkt fantastisch, maar is het leuker dan Central Park?
